The first year of the awards had a huge positive response among the community of Nicereply users. We’re very excited to announce the best customer service teams this year as well. The Customer Happiness Awards 2015 aim to discover and promote customer service teams who deliver a unique experience to their customers and users..
Nicereply presented awards in 9 categories based on the average CSAT and the total number of ratings received in 2015. There are three companies awarded in the main category. These teams reached the highest average CSAT score among companies using Nicereply worldwide. Another 8 categories of awards were given to the best teams according their geographical location.
